Prateek ‘s Stone Finish is spray and trowel applied finish aggregating natural stones and dispersed in pure acrylic binding medium added with high performance fungicides & special additives which adds its durability.

Stone Finish gives an elegant multicoloured look, the same available in many different shades.


Technical Specifications:-
Stone Finish is available in 2 pack combination.
A) Dry Mix: - Aggregating natural stones size up to 1.5 mm with special additives. Packing of 25 kg. and in different shades
 B) Bonding Agent: - It’s a pure acrylic bonding agent (packing of 5 ltrs) mixed with high performance fungicides & additives.
C) Ph : - 8-9

Surface Preparation: - The surface should be dry and mature, new plaster must be mature at least 30 days to consent the carbonization process. Clean the surface with sand paper and remove loose or flaking materials. Apply one coat of Primer, allow the primer to dry for 12 hours then apply stone finish material.

Application of Stone Finish Material: -
i) Step 1: - Pack A Dry Mix to be mixed with given cellulose inside properly.
ii) Step 2: - Mix with Bonding Agent of 4 ltrs rest with required quantity of drinkable water
iii) Step 3: - This wet mix is sprayed on the surface with an average of 2 mm with help of trowel or spray gun and should be leave for 24 hrs to get fully dried.
iv) Step 4: - After 24 hrs of spray need to rub little bit with the help of fine water paper and let it dry again.
v) Step 5: - Take balance of 1 ltr Bonding Agent, mix it with 200ml drinkable water and apply on the surface with Brush/Spray

Health and Safety Use under well ventilated conditions. Avoid Skin contact. Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed with suitable cleanser, soap and water. Eyes should be well flushed with water and medical attention sought immediately.
